We negotiate, draft and vet code-shares, aircraft purchase, software, in-flight entertainment equipment, and payment gateway facilities agreements. We assist private airlines in obtaining approvals from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, and advise them on international aviation treaties and protocols. We have negotiated and drafted contracts for the purchase of 68 commercial aircraft valued at U.S. $7 billion.
