We regularly advise corporate clients, including Huntsman Advanced Materials, a global manufacturer of chemicals, on environmental compliance requirements. We also represent timber companies and local waste management companies before quasi-judicial environmental bodies and judicial authorities.

Represented the NHAI before the Central Empowered Committee as well as before the Supreme Court for obtaining environmental clearance for execution of highway development projects.

Our environmental lawyers were recommended as specialists in their field in the 2009 Yearbook “Which Lawyer” issued by the Practical Law Company.
